Pedophile Judge William C. Bradley Has Been Served In Tax Payer Lawsuit

"On or about the evening of Dec. 28, 1975 and Dec. 29, 1975, while present in my home located in Townsend, Delaware, I molested Gregory Kelly, then age 11, through inappropriate sexual contact. I deeply regret any harm I have caused to Gregory Kelly and his family."

A friend of mine has waged a war for truth and justice in the State of Delaware. He has gone against a nasty and corrupt system of Delaware Justice. The Delaware Attorney General's Office allowed an admitted Pedophile of two, with dozens of others prepared to come forward, completely escape prosecution and any accountability, with the exception of losing his six figure Judge's job, of course.
No Sex Offenders Registry for the Judge, but a hefty Retirement Pension.
On New Years Eve, this friend that I refer to has successfully had the former Judge served papers in a Tax Payer Lawsuit. This Lawsuit is based upon the fact that the Judge was allowed to live quite comfortably on tax payer money, this despite the fact he has molested little boys in Delaware.

This friend I speak of, despite lower Delaware Court denials, has also filed a brief in the U.S. Supreme Court, asking that a warrant be issued for the arrest of the Pedophile Judge.

The point is, the man was politically connected and should have been investigated, at minimum, in the 1990's when Greg Kelley sought to expose. The establishment "Justice system showed itself to be a disgrace to the very term "Justice".

Background:

1969 -1974:
 He (Judge Bradley) either worked with or had strong ties to the same Wilmington, Delaware Law Firm that the current Vice President Joseph Biden was a partner with.


1974 -1976:
William C. Bradley was appointed and worked as the Legal Counsel for Delaware Governor Sherman Tribbitt.
William C. Bradley admitted to sexually molesting the 11 year old Greg Kelley in 1975, while he was working as the Legal Counsel for the Governor of Delaware.

1976:
William C. Bradley was appointed as a Judge in the State of Delaware

1998:
As an adult, Greg Kelley would report his experience as a victim of child molestation to the Delaware State Police and the Attorney Generals Office. He would be ignored.

2009:
No Law Firm in Delaware will take Greg Kelley's case and several prominent law firms are hostile to Greg in his quest for the truth to be brought to light, actually issuing threats to him.
The local media are completely silent, in essence a media blackout.

2010:
Greg Kelley was able to find a young out of State Attorney from Pennsylvania - Brian Kent
Attorney Mason Turner, whom Bradley had worked with in the 70's represented Judge William C. Bradley. Initially, Mason was resistant to the legal proceedings but when some 25 other child victims were set to come forward, Mason Turner and his client William Bradley saw the handwriting on the wall and quickly moved to settle the two cases.
He is subsequently disbarred and retires. He will not be placed on a Registry to ensure the safety of other children but will simply subsist on a very nice tax payer provided pension.

2016:
Since 2010 - The Delaware Attorney General's Office has fought tooth and nail to prevent one other alleged victim's story from getting out and have fought his every effort to file a Law Suit and thus far have been successful in their disgusting effort to suppress the individuals quest for recourse.
