Another Story From The Delaware Domestic Violence Cartel

If happened to me, it could have happened to any average person residing in your state.
Of what do I speak? The State of Delaware operates hand in hand with those who devise and make false allegations for reasons of custody, divorce, or just plain sociopathic maliciousness.
The lawyers, legislators and law enforcement in your state could care less. Its all about politics, federal funding and career enhancement.

The State, through its various agencies, rewards and enables the actual perpetrators.  It is nothing less than state sponsored racketeering, under the guise of "protection." They are indeed creating victims for federal funding.

My ex wife (the perpetrator) was arrested September 1, 2012, and charged with multiple counts of filing fabricated police reports.  In the last of these, she faked an "attack" on herself, with the intent of framing me for it. She accepted a plea deal offered by the State.

Scot Husbands - former Delaware educator was acquitted of  child molestation.  This acquittal occurred even though the Delaware Department of Justice threw everything they could to try to ignore and wit hold exculpatory evidence in their attempt to convict an innocent man.

You would think they  would learn from cases such as these, and attempt to correct their ways. Not so.  In fact , to the contrary, what they actually do is try new ways to circle the wagons in attempt to insulate and protect this maligned system.

Joe Faulkner was in bed asleep when his ex girlfriend allegedly received a FB message from a newly created photo-less (of course) profile, with Joe's name attached to it. In this message, the person (implication Joe) was issuing threats on the life of the ex girlfriend.

She would report this to the Delaware State Police.  The next day, a warrant would be issued for Joe's arrest.  This would occur without any investigation, by the way.  Of course, it is possible to acquire the exact location from which the FB account and message originated..  The DOJ knows this.  All that is required from FB is a subpoena from a government agency (Delaware DOJ)  to acquire the exact IP address of the FB account and message. This could have either exonerated or implicated Joe in the alleged FB terroristic threatening allegation.

Joe's repeated requests were - of course - denied, citing "out of scope".

The DAG would eventually drop the charges against Joe, but with no resolution as to who sent the fabricated FB message, in an attempt to frame him for terroristic threatening.
I'm sure--as is the pattern--the perpetrator of the fraudulent terroristic note will continue in their attempts, feeling now more emboldened to continue with no fear of scrutiny.

Again, the DOJ refused to issue the subpoena that could, in all probability, clear up in its entirety as to who sent it.

Who knows?  Maybe they did acquire this information from FB, but the identity of the person just didn't fit the pre-conceived narrative they were after.
Of course all of this is business as usual, unless it happens to you.
The DV Cartel continues its trade.

"35% Of Domestic Violence Incidents Involved a Violent Act" Wait! What?

The Delaware Domestic Violence Coordinating Council (DVCC) is a state agency created by an act of legislation in the 1990's. The main purpose of this state agency was to facilitate the allocation of federal and state money to the various agencies that are placed under their umbrella to address the issue of domestic violence.
Each fiscal year, the DVCC publishes their Annual Report which highlights specific data regarding initiatives and statistical information throughout the state regarding domestic violence.
I was looking through the report and this particular piece of data caught my eye

"In FY 2016, 35% of domestic violence incidents involved a violent act."

I  read it and re-read it, just to make sure I was accurately seeing these exact words.  I thought, "Surely, this has to be a typo!"  But, it wasn't.
This was the equivalent of saying -  35% "bank robbery incidents involved an act of robbery,  or 35% of automobile theft incidents involved an incident of theft.
So essentially 2 out of 3 of your defintion of domestic violence involves no act of violence?
Ludicrous, right?  With any other "crime," or study thereof, this type of asinine data would not be allowed to pass as public policy. But, because legislators are afraid of being labeled as soft on domestic violence, no one--not Republican, nor certainly not Democrat--ever dare question policy creation, or the ear marked allocated funds to the multiple state agencies.

From Legislative Hall to the DOJ, in cartel fashion, the DDVCC has created a perfect circle of protection for their promotion of illegitimate DV polices and funding allocations.
A clear example of this was during last years legislative session for the time in the history of the State Legislature, a bill
(SB 99) was introduced to confront and address the dirty little secret of the DDVCC - the State through tax payer money was rewarding false allegations of domestic violence - What the bill essentially said was perjury, false police reports, false allegations were criminal acts and should/would be treated as such.
The Bill would be "tabled" in committee or in other words thrown in the Legislative waste basket.
This type of legislative power and control is used under the guise of "protecting" victims but in reality it's primary focus is in protecting their well doctored numbers.

Domestic Violence does happen.  But, it is disingenuous, and down right criminal, the way the DDVCC has been able to erode due process, and perpetuate myth over facts.

The very powerful 18 member council operates above any eye of critique, and has successfully redefined, expanded and diluted the very definition of domestic violence--in that hurt feelings could fit into its (quite often) unquantifiable denotation of the crime of domestic violence.

It does not take a proverbial Einstein to see the -  "35% of domestic violence incidents involved a violent act"  from the annual report clearly show something is not quite right.
If 2 out of 3 incidents of Domestic Violence involve no act of violence, it may be time to redefine the term in today"s politically correct landscape.
