Delaware Pedophile--Monster in a Black Robe

The following information that I provide to you is completely factual and can be validated for its authenticity. (Former) Judge Bradley is not to be confused with Dr. Bradley who molested well over 700 Delaware children. There does seem to be a culture of serial pedophiles in the State of Delaware who conduct their evil sick acts upon children for decades

On Friday, July 22, 2016 at 9:46 a.m a legal document was filed in the Delaware Supreme Court. The document was in the form of a "Writ of Madamus," which is Latin for "We Command," and an order from a court of superior jurisdiction to an inferior government official ordering the government official to fulfill their official duties. In this particular case, a citizen, a pro se litigant who is my collegue and friend filed this - to order the reopening of the case of (former) Judge William Bradley and to issue a warrant for his arrest for child sexual abuse.

(Former) Delaware Judge William Bradley is an admitted pedophile:

The statement signed by Bradley and handed out on the steps of the New Castle Courthouse on Thursday reads: "On or about the evening of Dec. 28, 1975 and Dec. 29, 1975, while present in my home located in Townsend, Delaware, I molested Gregory Kelly, then age 11, through inappropriate sexual contact. I deeply regret any harm I have caused to Gregory Kelly and his family."

The statement was a required part of Bradley's settlement with Greg Kelly - one of William Bradley's child victims.

But while Kelly's primary demand -- the admission and apology -- were met, he said by phone this week that he was not "pleased" with this resolution. "I'll be pleased when Judge Bradley is in jail," he said, adding he believes this is "only the beginning" and that more victims will come forward.
Mr. Kelley was not pleased because, according to Kelley, whom William Bradley admitted to molesting - he tried in 1998 to get the Attorney Generals's Office to investigate - but they refused.
As with any child molester, we want them in jail and after their release we want them on a "registry" to help prevent any future victims.

This was only the beginning, you see at minimum, even with the "media black out," 25 other victims would come forward.

Let me make myself perfectly clear - for almost 40 years a Monster adorned in a black robe, executing justice upon others, affecting their lives forever, enjoyed the insulation and protection needed, to rape young boys.

William Bradley served as the legal counsel for the Governor of Delaware from 1974 - 1976.
William Bradley was appointed as a Judge in 1976 - Bradley had already began his raping of young boys in 1975 while working as the Legal Counsel for the Governor of Delaware (if not earlier).
He would remain as a Judge until his forced resignation in 2010 - this due to the victim Greg Kelley, never giving up his fight to expose Bradley.

There has been another victim who has come forward - he stated that William Bradley began molesting him when he was 14 years old in 1990, until 1998 and 2008.
The victim stated Bradley would have his secretary come and pick him up as a teenager, where the Judge would have access to him to engage in sexual activity. The victim stated this would occur both at the Judges home in  Townsend, Delaware, and also in the Judges chamber inside the New Castle County Court house.
Of course, the Delaware Attorney Generals's Office refused to investigate and has fought tooth and nail to prevent this young man's horrific story from seeing the light of day.

As I have stated, William Bradley was  well connected at the highest level in Delaware politics. The following were in the pivotal positions as to whether or not to investigate the influential Judge during his 40 year reign of child rape.  

His good buddy (current U.S. District Court Attorney) Charles Oberly worked as a  Delaware Deputy Attorney General from 1976 - 1995.
(Current Judges Jane Brady, Carl Danberg, and Vice President's son (Deceased) Beau Biden all served as Attorney General when the allegations of child molestation would arise but each would ignore the cries of the victims. 
Remember one victim, whom he first befriended in a foster home, stated that the Judge would have him come into the hallowed Judges Chamber for sexual favors as late as 2008.


 It is easy to see the complete embarrassment on a political level that this would have caused without the damage control that they thus far have been successful at conducting.

The system in Delaware is a disgusting example of the corrupting influence of absolute power. They made sure their political ambitions were protected at the expense of true justice for the dozens of young boys who were sexually abused.

This serial pedophile was allowed to safely retire drawing his state pension. No punitive action, no sex offender registry to ensure he did not molest another child.
