Biased Justice in Delaware

"If we start prosecuting women for false allegations, it might stop other victims from coming forward".
This most acceptable form of jurisprudence expression we hear espoused within Delaware's cottage industry of Domestic Violence policy may very well be the most holy colossal amount of horse manure being propagated as law, since the enactment of Jim Crow laws.

The most recent example of this false doctrine perversion of due process that I have heard was from the Honorable Chief Family Court Judge Michael Newell, during a Family Law Commission meeting in April. This happened as all in attendance watched him, in a paternalistic fashion, place his hand on his Administrative Assistant's shoulder and chuckle that she was his "work wife". With eyebrows raised, those in attendance managed a polite--but awkward--group laugh.

To use the particular phrase in question as an actual element of public policy makes as much sense as  saying we should not prosecute those individuals who make false allegations of any criminal act - lets say auto theft, burglary, arson--you name the crime. It would be a circus of anarchy.
But you see none of theses crimes have the unholy marriage of ideology (feminism) and money (Federal/State funding). The more numbers they can show, the more money they can request the next fiscal session for their respective agencies.

Judge Newell is part of a pseudo corporate entity called the Delaware Domestic Violence Coordinating Commission. In theory their purpose is to help protect victims of domestic violence.  In reality, their purpose is to solidify and allocate lots and lots of money to the various state agencies via the Federal Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). They are led by their pseudo - "CEO" Senator Patricia Blevins and her Associate pseudo - "CEO" Esq. Dana Harrington Connor. This entity is comprised of dozens of the who's-who elite in Delaware politics.

They utilize the Legislative branch to silence dissent and exclusively promote their Bills, utilizing the Family Court and Law Enforcement to create the numbers to maintain the assembly line of both actual perpetrators and the innocent. It makes no difference (SB 153). For the assembly line to operate at maximum capacity, it requires fast PFA's and fast arrests, with the mere allegation sufficing for probable cause.

I would have thought that after my perpetrator was finally arrested and convicted for false police reports that the Delaware system would have taken steps to reform.  But no, you see, I was told privately by an official that she (my perpetrator) squandered police and court resources in the hundreds of thousands dollars range.
But to CEO Blevins and her team, they just had to learn to cross their T's and dot their I's a little better to avoid such "bumps in the road".

The "If we start prosecuting women for false allegations, it might stop other victims from coming forward" mantra is a perversion of constitutional principles. I have an active Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit against the machine, so I am somewhat limited in my expressions at this time.  But, one thing is  certain:  that as long as the citizens of Delaware remain silent, this perversion of the justice system will continue.
